Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Engineering to lead the Module Product Engineering team responsible for next-generation AI power modules from NPI through high-volume production.

You will own workforce planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment with Design, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners to ensure high yield and reliability at scale. A strong engineering leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor product engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading technical engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in advanced power modules and high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to set metrics, governance, and execution standards.
• Strong cross-functional influence across design, test, quality, ops, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end module product engineering from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Oversee governance, yield optimization, and cost/performance improvements.
• Coordinate with design, test, quality, operations, and OSAT partners.
• Represent PE in gate reviews and executive discussions.
