Ford's Central AI Team is the enterprise hub responsible for scaling AI and agentic solutions across the company. This role owns the training and enablement layer that turns a new AI capability into something employees can pick up, trust, and use every day.

This role partners closely with the Workflow Redesign Lead and with functional teams to ensure training lands at the right moment in a rollout, in the right format, for the right audience — from a frontline user learning a new tool to a leader deciding how to manage a team that now works alongside AI.

The ideal candidate has built training programs that translate a technical capability into a learning path, and knows how to measure whether the training worke
