Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year technical strategy for your area, aligning roadmaps and engineering investments.
• Lead and grow a team of software development managers and senior engineers.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear engineering plans with smart trade-offs.
• Audit customer experience, operational health, and software quality across teams for continuous improvement.
• Influence technical direction across organizational boundaries to meet future scaling needs.
