Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will unite manufacturing expertise with data platforms, AI, and knowledge graphs to create reusable assets and reference architectures.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, own solution governance, and drive adoption across pursuits and delivery, shaping differentiated offerings and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of AI solution development, industrial data platforms, or digital manufacturing experience.
• Experience building working AI, data, or software solutions beyond strategy.
• Experience designing RAG-based applications, copilots, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience integrating data from MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept, architecture, build, and deployment with hands-on involvement.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, data requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Own governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to shape offerings and enable adoption.
