Kong Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead a team of Field Engineers and Engagement Managers across the US Professional Services organization.

This leadership role focuses on delivery outcomes, staffing, and growing the people who work directly with customer engineering teams every day. You will own the full engagement lifecycle, ensuring go-live dates, technical quality, and high-value account delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engagement lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, staffing Field Engineers and Engagement Managers to hit go-live dates and quality targets.
• Drive governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across complex customer engagements in AI connectivity and API governance.
• Coach and develop delivery teams, remove blockers, and scale processes to meet enterprise demand.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to scope engagements and feedback field learnings into product strategy.
