The Senior Manager, AI & Analytics leads the Accounting & Finance Systems Reporting, Data & AI Center of Excellence, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery of analytics, automation, and AI capabilities that power the firm’s financial operations.

This senior leadership role owns end-to-end governance, prioritization, and value realization, partnering with IT and executives to drive measurable impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and advanced credential preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building governance frameworks and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication for CFOs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting, Data & AI Center of Excellence—define strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Define and govern reporting standards, KPI definitions, and semantic models; drive self-service analytics and dashboards.
• Own the AI program end-to-end—intake, prioritization, governance, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, ML, and automation across Finance processes.
• Establish responsible AI governance including controls, transparency, auditability, risk management, and compliance.
• Partner with IT on application strategy, integrations, security, and data governance.
• Lead governance forums to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Develop and mentor team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
