Position Summary
- Directs activities of the team, including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events, ensuring obstacles are identified and addressed.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to the team and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and supporting the Product Owner in backlog management.
- Develops strategies to monitor and measure team progress, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Establishes policies and procedures to reinforce agile standards across the organization.
- Collaborates with departments on project management tools, tracking systems, and communication platforms.
- Manages and communicates the agile adoption roadmap, gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Researches emerging agile concepts to inform practices and drive improvements.
- Consolidates industry benchmarks and case studies for strategy development.
- Creates a repository of research on agile practices, Lean thinking, and organizational change.
- Decides on project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance team productivity.
- Provides insights into agile initiatives through reporting.
- Develops cross-functional collaborations for information sharing and resource allocation.
- Manages people, including team building, coaching, and mentoring for career growth.
- Builds strong relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners.
- Oversees large program management with external dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience
- 5+ years managing teams of Project Managers/Scrum Masters
- Experience managing budgets
- Strong execution and delivery skills
- Proficiency in business intelligence
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making mastery
- Growth mindset with agility and development skills
- Healthcare industry experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $106,605.00 - $284,280.00. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
