Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field with 4 years’ analytics experience or 6 years’ analytics experience.
• Master’s degree preferred: MBA, Information Systems, or Statistics.
• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor performance against internal goals and external benchmarks.
• Diagnose gaps, quantify opportunities, and translate insights into actions.

You’ll blend strategic problem solving with hands-on performance management to optimize today’s operating model while fueling future network design and next‑generation engines that drive customer wallet share.

• Prototype solutions – Rapidly build and test new ideas, partnering with engine teams to turn prototypes into scalable, production‑ready capabilities.

  The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications…

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics or related field.

Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis, Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R)
