Job summary

The State of Maine seeks a Social Services Program Manager to lead the statewide Adult Community Case Management program for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will supervise a statewide team delivering provider support, monitoring, licensing, and issue resolution under OADS leadership.

Responsibilities include operational management, MaineCare Section 13 expertise, and ensuring policy compliance across OADS/OMS, with a focus on quality assurance, transition planning, and

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in social service or mental health/developmental disabilities programs and a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three (3) years of the required experience must be in a supervisory and/or administrative capacity.
• A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage statewide Adult Community Case Management program serving adults with ID/Autism.
• Supervise a statewide team conducting provider support, monitoring, licensing, and issue resolution.
• Provide SME on MaineCare Section 13, HCBS requirements, and person-centered planning.
