Job summary

American Farmland Trust seeks a Senior Manager of Administrative Services to lead and integrate the organization’s core administrative functions. You will drive process improvement, oversee facilities, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and efficient operations across departments.

You will partner with the EVP and other leaders to align services with strategic goals, while guiding budget management and governance to support mission delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a business/administrative setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, non-profit Management, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate administrative services across the organization.
• Oversee facilities management and administrative technology.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracting processes; central procurement.
• Plan and monitor division budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
