Forvis Mazars US is seeking a senior Accounting Advisory professional to guide clients through complex accounting and reporting matters, including M&A, IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and other major transactions. You will interact with C-suite executives and lead multidisciplinary advisory engagements from inception to delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proven technical expertise in the areas of financial accounting, technical accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, M&A, or financial operations.
• CPA License.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary contact for C-suite and senior client executives, providing strategic guidance, regular project updates, and executive-level presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Develop engagement strategies and lead the execution of complex accounting and finance advisory engagements in collaboration with AAS leadership.
• Perform and review technical accounting research and advise clients on complex GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support client engagements involving complex transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Oversee engagement quality and ensure deliverables meet technical, regulatory, and client expectations.
• Identify and proactively resolve engagement challenges and risks, collaborating with leadership as needed to drive successful outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams by providing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Support business development efforts through proposal development, engagement scoping, pricing, client relationship management, and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
