Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA, CIA, or CMA designation required.
• 8+ years in professional services (public accounting or advisory).
• Deep expertise in Financial Services, with exposure to digital assets or fintech environments.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and SOX standards.
• Flexibility to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial services clients—publicly traded and privately held—on IPO prep, transaction support, carve-outs and spin-offs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on technical accounting and control-related matters, offering research-backed guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and outcomes to client stakeholders.
• Monitor team progress to ensure alignment with work programs and professional standards.
• Educate internal and external audiences on accounting best practices, especially related to fintech and digital assets.
• Design and implement innovative business solutions to enhance the firm’s methodology and client delivery.
• Build trust and credibility as a strategic advisor in financial services and digital assets.
• Manage client relationships with a focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Participate in career development initiatives and technical training programs.
