About the Role :

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to support the successful delivery and growth of a new Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse client account in Colorado. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the client, lead collaborative solution development, and oversee end-to-end service delivery. If you have a background in state healthcare, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for strategic relationship management, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a highly visible program.

Responsibilities :

• Serving as the primary liaison between the client (State Department) and Conduent teams
• Leading the enterprise data warehouse service delivery, identifying new opportunities for growth and value
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology to drive solution alignment
• Building and maintaining trusted executive-level relationships with client stakeholders
• Overseeing performance, partnering with delivery to ensure successful execution of all contractual services
• Driving account growth by identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Managing contract renewals, pricing discussions, and change requests
• Mitigating issues and leading resolution plans and escalations when needed
• Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategy
• Representing the account in internal strategy discussions and business reviews

Requirements :

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Bring 5+ years of experience in account management, compliance, or systems management, preferably in the state healthcare space
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaid programs and enterprise-level data warehouse solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams effectively across delivery, product, and operations
• Navigate contracts, SLAs, and operational governance with ease
• Deliver high-quality executive presentations and strategic business reviews
• Travel as needed to support client relationship and program success

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is ($105,490 - $140,000)
