Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Manager of the Managed Care 340B Program to oversee all aspects of the 340B programs, including sales, contract management, and store-level operations. What you will be doing

As the Senior Manager of the Managed Care 340B Program, you will oversee all aspects of Albertsons Companies' 340B pharmacy programs, including sales, contract management, and store‑level operations. You will develop system solutions, manage projects, and create processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements, increase efficiency and profitability, and maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for 340B‑related matters, collaborate with various departments, and supervise direct reports. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Managed Care, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and overall program success.

Main responsibilities:
  • Oversee 340B pharmacy programs: Manage all aspects of the 340B programs, including sales calls, contract management, and store‑level operations.
  • Develop and implement system solutions: Create processes and manage projects to ensure compliance with legal requirements, increase efficiency, and improve profitability.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert: Serve as the internal and external leader for all 340B‑related matters, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborate with various departments: Work with divisions, legal, and finance departments to identify new opportunities, manage existing business, and ensure proper accounting procedures.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports: Provide direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to direct reports, ensuring the successful administration of 340B programs.
