Job summary

Qualifications

This remote based position will lLead strategy for coffee, tea, cocoa and water, applying knowledge of commodity markets, consumer trends, retail café needs and innovation to drive growth, value and competitive beverage programs.

Develop and deploy scalable beverage programs, including equipment selection, installation and service. Translate category strategy into solutions that support retail growth and patient, student and staff needs.

You will drive the strategic execution of supply management and procurement initiatives that elevate operational efficiency and commercial performance. You will partner across teams to implement innovative solutions, lead complex projects, and activate programs that deliver measurable business growth and value.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $100130 - $155540

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
