Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Route Operations Manager to oversee daily route operations, lead a team, and optimize scheduling across vending, micro markets, and coffee routes. You will drive profitability while championing safety and service excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3 years related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range

$89250 - $115500
