The Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center seeks a high energy, self-starter to serve as the principal strategic advisor and senior administrative partner to the Director of the Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center (TJCPC). This role ensures organizational alignment, drives execution of the Center’s priorities, and manages high-level internal and external coordination across research, training, evaluation, outreach, and compliance functions. The Senior Manager enhances the effectiveness of the Director by overseeing strategic initiatives, optimizing internal operations, and ensuring that the Center fulfills its statewide mandate in juvenile delinquency prevention, trauma-informed practice, and youth-serving workforce development.
The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Juvenile Justice, Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, Education, or related field. Seven years of related experience.
