Programmers is seeking an experienced Market Risk Solutions Lead to design and deliver CTRM-focused risk platforms in a Houston-based role. You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations and work across trading, risk, and settlement teams.

You will lead delivery streams, mentor analysts, and drive workshops on RightAngle and Endur integrations, with a deep understanding of commodity trading processes and VaR methodologies.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience implementing Market Risk / VaR solutions in commodity trading environments.
• Deep knowledge of commodity trading processes and CTRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ION RightAngle, ION Endur or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Market Risk solutions, particularly integrating with for RightAngle and Endur platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, configurations, and implementation deliverables.
• Support trading, market risk, scheduling, logistics, and settlement business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive requirement workshops, process reviews, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions.
• Provide expertise across physical and financial commodities trading, exposure management, transportation, and settlement operations.
• Lead project workstreams, mentor team members, and ensure delivery quality.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Maintain business process documentation, business rules, and data dictionaries.
• Present solution recommendations, project status, and risk assessments to leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of strong experience implementing Market Risk / VaR solutions within commodity trading environments.
• Deep knowledge of commodity trading business processes and CTRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ION RightAngle, ION Endur, or similar trading and risk management systems.
• Experience across physical and financial commodities markets.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead delivery teams and manage complex transformation programs.
