Key Responsibilities

• Manage all departments in the showroom
• Oversee sales, margins, volume, quotas, and closing ratios; develop future goals
• Handle customer issues escalated beyond the Guest Experience Manager
• Coordinate with Visual Presentation Manager on product placement
• Report policy changes and updates to staff
• Lead sales, guest experience, and visual teams
• Coach staff for success
• Maintain budgeted administrative costs
• Audit employee performance and provide training as needed
• Document procedures and tasks
• Complete reports timely
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff
• Communicate effectively and attend staff meetings
• This location is relocatable based on market needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma required; Bachelor in Business preferred
• 2-4 years retail management experience in furniture sales
• Supervisory experience essential
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to learn in-house computer systems
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends; travel as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team building experience
