Commander, Navy Installations Command (DON) seeks a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT (N1) Division. This temporary promotion position is located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL, with telework eligibility and potential extension. The role includes advising senior leaders, developing program assessments, and guiding strategic resource use.

Salary range is $125,776–$163,514 per year with a Secret clearance requirement. Travel is occasional.

Qualifikationen

• One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-13 level in Federal service or equivalent.
• Ability to apply advanced management and functional-analysis principles.
• Ability to conduct organizational analyses to manage regional programs.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership on systems.
• Ability to interpret DoD/DoN policies and assess program productivity and effectiveness.
