Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Consultant to lead streams within project teams, defining and implementing innovative business solutions that enhance client performance and manage risk. You’ll work with Customer Experience and Engineering specialists, receiving coaching in client management and collaboration.

Success requires 3–5 years in management consulting, strong academic background, and proven problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management consulting experience
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Previous project work experience in a team-based environment
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change

• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally
