Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant within our Management Consulting practice to lead streams in project teams, plan and implement innovative business solutions, and enhance client performance and risk management. You will collaborate with Customer Experience and Engineering specialists and receive coaching in client management and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management consulting experience
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Previous project work experience in a team-based environment
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change

• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally

Responsibilities

• Lead streams within project teams and define, plan, and implement innovative business solutions
• Work across digital lens with Customer Experience and Engineering specialists
• Coach and mentor in client management, business consulting, and team collaboration
• Traverse across industries with senior members
• Support and collaborate on project management, scope, risk, quality, budget, and goals
• Prepare project reports and reviews
• Coordinate space arrangements, events, and collaboration activities
• Ensure processes compliance and governance
