Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Consultant for its Management Consulting practice. You will lead streams within project teams, define plans and implement innovative business solutions to improve client performance and manage risk.

You will work across Customer Experience, Engineering, and Technology specialists with strong coaching support. The role covers multiple US locations North America, with travel to client sites and collaboration across industries.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of management consulting experience
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Previous project work experience in a team-based environment
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change
• Goal and solution orientation
• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities
• Ability to communication complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally
• Openness to travel and work on client site in order to deliver the first-class services we pride ourselves in

Responsibilities

• Lead streams within project teams and define, plan, and implement innovative business solutions
• Mentor and coach junior staff while delivering client value
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Technology specialists to solve client challenges
• Engage in high-level client workshops and workshops with C-suite participants
• Support project planning, scope, risk, quality, budget, and goal achievement
