Lab Consulting Partnership is seeking a Management Consultant with expertise in data science, automation, and RPA. You will lead end-to-end process improvement programs for Fortune 1000 clients across North America, working 50% from home and 50% in-office in Houston.

Responsibilities include leading executive workstreams, gathering requirements, creating process maps, and communicating findings to client teams while driving automation initiatives with UiPath and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of experience in consulting or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executives.
• Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Identify and document current state business processes through interviews and observation.
• Manage and lead executive level workstreams and project delivery.
• Present findings to client teams and stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering with moderately complex technical skills.
• Identify processes that can be enhanced by RPA/AI/Analytics.
• Create As-Is process maps and future state narratives.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and automation usage.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to push projects forward.
• Lead complex projects from start to finish delivering analytics and RPA capabilities.
