Lab Consulting Partnership in Houston, TX, invites a Business Analyst to join the Data Science, Consulting Analyst and Robotic Process Automation team. You will define scope and objectives through research and stakeholder engagement to drive automation initiatives.

The role focuses on documenting current processes, leading stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria, while collaborating with IT to implement RPA and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with RPA or automation projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and document current state business processes.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and present findings.
• Gather requirements for projects using moderately complex technical skills.
• Identify processes and workflows that can be automated by RPA/AI/Analytics.
• Document the current state business processes by creating 'As Is' process maps and narratives.
• Critically evaluate business workflows to improve efficiency and automation.
• Understand Automation/AI tools such as UiPath, Power Automate.
• Work with IT and business units to define processes to be automated.
• Gather underlying process metrics to drive analysis of changes.
• Facilitate working sessions to generate consensus on new processes.
• Assist in managing the Work Intake process.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Make recommendations for process improvements for clients.
• Create business process maps and summaries.
• Acts as a liaison between business units and IT to communicate production status and issues.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to push projects forward.
• Lead small to moderately complex projects delivering analytics and RPA capabilities.
• Support day-to-day production and ongoing process improvement.
