The DMV Audits Office is seeking a motivated, technology-forward Senior Management Auditor (SrMA). Under the direction of the Supervising Management Auditor, the SrMA supervises, directs, plans, and monitors the functions and activities of auditors primarily performing internal audits; works in a fast-paced technology-modernizing department; reviews correspondence, electronic audits reports, and working papers for accuracy and efficiency; identifies training needs; provides training oversight and monitoring to auditors; prepares individual staff performance evaluations; and provides positive feedback and encouragement to coach and mentor staff.
