Job summary

Nationwide IT Services in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Management Analyst (MELA) to support export license applications under ITAR and DTSA processes. This role focuses on evaluating MELA cases, maintaining regulatory data, and drafting recommended responses for Air Force and DoD.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, 10 years of applicable experience, active Secret Clearance, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10 years of experience with the tasks above in a relevant organization or industry.
• ITAR and MELA experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, TEAMS) and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing export agreements to prevent inappropriate transfers.
• Maintaining information on U.S. and international policies related to missile technology and related weapon systems.
• Developing and maintaining a database of export applications and regulatory information.
• Researching and drafting recommendations on MELA cases and related policy studies.
• Recommending export policies and actions to enhance Air Force security.
• Monitoring foreign disclosure limitations and NATO-related issues.
