Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Senior Management Analyst to deliver expert writing, analysis, and operational synthesis for senior military leadership. The role focuses on OUPs, executive summaries, and strategic documents with high-visibility correspondence.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting general officer staff, exceptional writing, and the ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources across classifications.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of military experience in writing, analyzing operational updates, producing reports and strategic documents.
• Experience providing high-level written products and analyses for senior officers.
• Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Develop Operational Update Products (OUPs) through expert analysis and integration of information across sources.
• Provide high-level written products to support senior leader engagement with service leadership.
• Access, analyze, and synthesize information across all classification levels.
• Assist in generating and refining studies, plans, briefs, strategies, policies, and operational assessments.
• Work closely with all staff sections and maintain familiarity with operations priorities.
• Produce executive-level summaries of operations, plans, and senior correspondence.
• Prepare official communication materials with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate staff tasks, scheduling, and training in writing standards.
• Support staff indoctrination training on writing standards and presentation techniques.
• Deliver all products professionally, accurately, and with minimal errors.
• Prepare unclassified and classified materials with appropriate discipline.
• Maintain awareness of CENTCOM AOR issues and dynamics.
