Qualifications

• Three years experience in conducting studies including evaluating operations, programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Three years experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Three years experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Six months designing studies (goals, data sources, collection methods).
• Six months making recommendations for continuation or changes to operations based on findings.
• Six months narrative report writing.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics (correlation, t-tests, f-tests, ANOVA).

Responsibilities

• Interviews agency staff, observes work processes, and gathers data for evaluating services and compliance with goals.
• Reviews and interprets data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Analyzes data to develop solutions or alternative methods.
• Assesses effectiveness of operations in achieving goals and objectives.
• Provides technical assistance in understanding management objectives and controls.
• Studies relevant laws, orders, and regulations.
