Job summary

Saliense is seeking an experienced strategic leader to guide national security and resilience initiatives for U.S. critical infrastructure.

You will coordinate across federal agencies, lead operational improvements, and drive reporting and accountability for the National Coordinator role with CISA as a key sponsor. You will oversee sessions with SRMAs, develop KPI-based milestones, and shape new operating procedures to enhance incident response, continuous improvement, and effective governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings in a role coordinating national security and resilience activities.
• Experience leading sessions across multiple organizations and agencies to develop new operations and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation of sessions across the organization and SRMAs to develop new operations and reporting procedures.
• Prioritize assessment findings and coordinate tiger teams with federal sponsors for operating model enhancements.
• Develop clarifying guidance around National Coordinator responsibilities and track implementation activities for accountability.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to ensure progress in organizational model optimization occurs to effectively operationalize the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
• Effectively lead the facilitation of sessions across the organization, and Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMAs), to develop new operations and reporting procedures during steady state and incident response.
• Ability to lead in the prioritization of assessment findings and development of tiger teams with lead federal sponsors to coordinate and execute CISA operating model enhancement efforts.
• Proactively lead the development of clarifying guidance around CISA’s National Coordinator responsibilities.
• Capable of leading the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure CISA’s effectiveness in the National Coordinator role.
• Actively track implementation activities across the Agency to improve accountability and communication regarding the operational transformation.
