Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or as a senior Assistant Accountant.
• Ability to work autonomously to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in a retail/factory/warehousing environment is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts with commentary.
• Provide financial intelligence for ongoing projects and reports.
• Comment on monthly financial reporting pack data.
• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual budgets.
• Identify areas for improving financial performance.
• General financial bookkeeping.

Skills

Strong financial analysis skills

Excellent communication skills

IT aptitude (ideally using Opera)

Experience in business partnering

Education

Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
