Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and P&L reporting.
• Processing invoices, expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supplier statement reconciliations and month-end journals.
• Supporting payroll processes including starters, leavers, and pensions.
• Managing day-to-day accounts office activities.
• Producing and interpreting financial reports to support operational teams.
• Ensuring strong financial controls and best practices across the business.
• Supporting and coaching non-finance colleagues where required.
