You will act as an escalation point for junior technicians, lead difficult tickets, and maintain detailed documentation

Competenze

• Degree or 4+ years in IT related field.
• Able to obtain position-relevant certifications within 1 year.
• Experience with Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Familiar with network devices and security concepts.

Mansioni

• Serve as escalation point for junior technicians.
• Lead difficult tickets requiring advanced expertise.
• Provide remote support for Windows servers and workstations.
• Support switches, routers, WLAN, firewalls, and backup systems.
