Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform mammographic procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment. Under the direction of a Radiologist, you will apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures.

• California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification required.
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography required.
• BLS from American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical/hospital setting.
• Minimum 1 year clinical mammography experience.

DescriptionUnder the direction of a Radiologist, performs mammographic procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs mammography procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 1 year Clinical Mammography experience.

Salary

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $48.79 - $75.74
