Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform mammographic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, with independent judgment when applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.

This role requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification, National Registered Technologist - Mammography, BLS, and 2 years hospital experience with at least 1 year in clinical mammography. Eligible candidates join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Performs mammography procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures, as required.
