Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a Mammography Radiologic Technologist to perform mammographic procedures under a Radiologist, applying ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis with independent judgment.

The role requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification, National Registered Technologist - Mammography, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire, plus 2 years of clinical/hospital experience and 1 year mammography experience.

Qualifications

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification is required at hire.
National Registered Technologist - Mammography is required at hire.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
1 year Clinical Mammography experience.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs mammographic procedures at a technical level with independent judgment.
Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
