CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Makeup Brand Management, Lip & Collections, to lead marketing strategy for Lip & Collections in the US. You will drive brand desirability, client engagement, and long-term growth by shaping positioning, GTM plans, and 360-degree campaigns across channels.

The role requires strong collaboration with Global F&B teams and cross-functional partners, including Retail, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Brand Communications, Digital, and Education, to ensure

Competenze

• Experience in prestige beauty marketing, preferably in Makeup.
• Strong knowledge of the US market and luxury client expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Bachelor's level education required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.

• Develop objectives, goals, strategies, and measures for Lip & Collections categories in the US market.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and 360-degree campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Global F&B teams and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution.
• Monitor market trends and inform product and campaign direction.
• Oversee pricing strategy to stay globally and locally relevant.
