CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Makeup Brand Management for Lip & Collections in New York. You will lead marketing strategy, orchestrate 360 campaigns, and collaborate with Global F&B teams and Retail, E-Retail, CRM, Brand Communications and more to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring prestige beauty marketing expertise, strong strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the US makeup market. The role includes in-person NYC presence three days a week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Beauty marketing expertise, preferably in Prestige.
• Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives, goals, strategies, and KPIs for Lip & Collections.
• Lead go-to-market and launch strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Drive omnichannel marketing campaigns across channels.
