Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Major Incident Manager in the United States to lead enterprise-scale incident responses across on‑premises and Azure-hosted services. You will own the incident lifecycle from declaration to closure, chair incident bridges, and coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in IT Service Management with at least 3 years in Major Incident handling.
• Experience in a large enterprise with Fortune 500/FTSE 100 complexity.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Specialist certification (Foundation minimum).
• Hands-on Azure incidents management: Monitor, Service Health, Log Analytics, App Insights, MS support paths.

Responsibilities

• Major Incident Command & Coordination across on‑prem and Azure-hosted services.
• Own all P1/P2 incidents from declaration to post-incident closure.
• Chair live incident bridges and war rooms with 10+ resolver groups and partners.
• Drive triage using Azure Service Health, Resource Health, and Monitor dashboards.
• Make escalation decisions and engage MS CSS P1 Severity A cases; activate DR runbooks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders including executives during outages.
