Forest Home Christian Camps seeks a strategic Major Gifts Officer to grow our mission through meaningful donor relationships and transformational giving. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of major gift fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing individual gifts of $70,000+ and growing a donor portfolio year over year.
• Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for ministry.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills; excellent written communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly to donor meetings and events.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 major donors and prospects.
• Lead all stages of the donor cycle from identification to stewardship.
• Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for each donor.
• Conduct weekly donor meetings (in person, virtual, and calls).
• Open new relationships through referrals and networking; host donor tours.
• Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer on goals and strategy.
• Prepare proposals, cases for support, impact reports for donors.
• Ensure travel and expense management is handled efficiently.
