Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of fundraising, philanthropy, or related experience.
• Proven track record soliciting and securing major gifts.
• Experience growing donor relationships and managing donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major donors and qualified prospects.
• Develop tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Solicit significant gifts advancing Village Theatre's mission.
• Strengthen donor engagement and long-term philanthropic support.
• Set and achieve annual donor engagement and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the database.
