Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience in higher education or complex non-profits.
  • Proven success in closing seven-figure gifts and managing a pipeline of high six- and seven-figure prospects.
  • Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a selective portfolio of approximately 75 major and principal gift prospects.
  • Lead bespoke cultivation and solicitation strategies for high six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • Write complex gift proposals and case statements for transformational philanthropy.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills
Masterful written and oral communication skills
Strong understanding of planned giving vehicles
Ability to navigate complex settings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Arts Administration, Business, or related field
Master’s degree or higher preferred
