Deluxe Corporation seeks a Digital Payments Exchange specialist to manage day-to-day client communications, reporting, and program support for major accounts. You will be the primary contact, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining accurate campaign documentation.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and experience with SaaS products.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 4 years' experience or an Associate’s degree with 2 years in client support or account management.
• Project management experience
• Experience with SaaS-based solutions
• Experience using JIRA and Salesforce
• Experience collaborating with development teams and systems
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client communications and reporting retrieval/distribution for the client program needs.
• Serves as the primary point of contact and SME for day-to-day client needs.
• Supports pursuit and deployment of additional programs or growth opportunities with clients.
• Maintains documentation related to the client campaign.
• Oversees client monthly billing, ensuring invoice accuracy and resolution of issues.
