Gorman & Company, LLC, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, CO for Vista Verde, a 252-unit affordable housing community. You will perform daily maintenance, repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and respond to service requests to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, EPA Type II preferred, and a resident-first service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• EPA HVAC Type II preferred, or EPA Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Conduct daily property walks to maintain safety and curb appeal.
• Coordinate make-readies and ensure move-ins are ready prior to arrival.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with the Property Manager.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or fall cleanup.

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vista Verde, a 252-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Breckenridge, CO.
