Job summary

Real Property Management Eclipse is seeking an experienced Maintenance Handy-Person to oversee and perform maintenance, renovations, and unit turns. The role starts from our Bellevue office with work spanning across King and Snohomish Counties.

The candidate should have strong craftsmanship, leadership potential, and hands-on experience across painting, drywall, flooring, fencing, millwork, carpentry, and door installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience across painting, drywall, flooring, fence/deck repairs, millwork/trim carpentry, and doors.
• Residential unit turns and construction/maintenance practices knowledge.
• Ability to read basic work orders, measurements and project scopes; proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and projects as assigned by property managers.
• Coordinate and complete unit turns efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform painting, drywall installation/repair, texturing, and finishing.
• Build, repair, and maintain fences.
• Install and repair doors, door frames, and door hardware.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine/communicate repair solutions.
• Use AppFolio to document work with property managers.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.
• Communicate project updates with management teams.
