Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform electrical load calculations and basic electrical repairs.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and maintenance experience.
• Certification on powered industrial vehicles and overhead cranes within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, modify, repair, and maintain complex machinery with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and fix machine troubles, including disassembly/reassembly.
• Maintain conveyors, paint systems, and chemical processes.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide problem-resolution recommendations.
• Lead and train junior technicians; contribute to 5S and TPM programs.
