Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Grandview is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures in a fast-paced environment. This role involves mentoring junior technicians, driving reliability improvements, and executing preventive maintenance on legacy assembly and molding equipment. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with proficiency in CMMS platforms. The position requires participation in continuous improvement efforts and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 11-15 years maintenance experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and document findings.
• Mentor apprentices and conduct structured OJT.
