Job summary

Torani is seeking a Maintenance Technician II – Syrup to keep our syrup manufacturing equipment performing at peak. You will balance reactive troubleshooting with preventive maintenance, diagnosing root causes, and implementing lasting repairs while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and the Maintenance team.

This 2nd shift role (1:00 PM–9:30 PM, M–F) is on-site at the San Leandro facility, offering competitive pay, ESOP participation, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in food/beverage or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with limited supervision.
• Experience with motors, pumps, pneumatics, sensors, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose root causes and perform durable repairs.
• Balance reactive troubleshooting with preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
