Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certification or an associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Mentor Tech I and Tech II staff, providing hands-on training.
• Coordinate and execute predictive and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Lead root cause failure analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
