Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group in Lake Park, Georgia, is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and processing equipment, and to support overall facility operations. This role can operate unsupervised, direct and train junior techs, and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in high-level maintenance, welding skills, and broad mechanical/electrical expertise.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in high level maintenance environments.
• Must be able to weld/solder various types of metals with a high degree of skill and efficiency.
• Skilled in machinery operation including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production/processing equipment and overall facility systems.
• Operate unsupervised and provide direction to junior maintenance staff.
• Train and develop lower-level maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
